Job summary

Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ is seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst to ensure accurate and compliant payroll tax operations within a global organization. You will perform weekly payroll audits, reconcile data from Oracle and other systems, and support payroll tax reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 1 year of US payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting-related fields.
• 1 year of relevant experience in US Payroll.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and any Payroll systems.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Flexibility adapting to changing priorities and work schedules.
• ADP Smart Compliance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues, improve processes, and maintain high-quality service delivery.

You will ensure that payroll tax validation is done efficiently and accurately, and any discrepancies are reported and corrected in a timely manner.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform weekly payroll audits and month end reporting items.
• Ensure the accuracy of data extracted from Oracle, KBace, and other reporting tools.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and any Payroll systems.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Flexibility adapting to changing priorities and work schedules.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• At least 1 year of ADP Smart Compliance knowledge is a plus.
