In this role, you will support the global OTC Accounts Receivables and Reporting supported in Manila for assigned businesses. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate billing, timely reporting, and research of customer disputes.
You will also collaborate closely with internal teams, external customers, and BPO partners to maintain data integrity, provide insightful reporting, and support ongoing transformation projects focused on process efficiency and automation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, familiarity with AR processes, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
The working hours for this role is 5am to 2pm Manila time to overlap with U.S. business hours. You must be comfortable and able to work this schedule on an ongoing basis.
