Northern Trust in Manila is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting across the business unit. You will partner with teams in Manila and Chicago to ensure financial goals are met and processes run smoothly.
The role requires 3–6 years in FP&A or related finance areas, CPA a plus, and strong Excel, Power BI, and BI tools proficiency. A hybrid, collaborative culture and opportunities for growth are offered.

The Financial Analyst to support the business unit with various level of periodic reporting and analysis including, but not limited to, expense analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, invoices submission, monthly close processes, and other ad hoc tasks. The financial analyst will work closely and frequently with partners based both in Manila and other locations, particularly Chicago, to ensure the financial goals of the business unit and of Northern Trust are met.
