Job summary

FC Global Services India LLP (First Citizens India) seeks an Analyst, Credit Analysis CAB to support the CAB business with timely generation, validation, and distribution of statements for Earnings Credit and Revenue Share programs. You will collaborate with U.S.

stakeholders and global credit teams in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. You will help monitor portfolio activity, perform data validation, and contribute to risk management, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, portfolio monitoring, consumer lending, wealth management, reporting, client servicing, or related analytical functions.
  • Experience working in a high-volume operational environment with strict turnaround requirements and service-level commitments.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, financial reporting, and operational processes preferred.
  • Experience supporting U.S. banking, credit, treasury, or commercial banking functions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Statement Generation & Client Communications: Support the end-to-end monthly generation, review, and distribution of Earnings Credit and Revenue Share customer statements.
  • Create and deliver customized client-facing reports and statements for select customers based on business requirements.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes for customer inquiries and coordinate with U.S. stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor statement availability through shared repositories and ensure timely dissemination to customers within established SLAs.
  • Utilize customer contact databases and shared mailboxes to distribute statements accurately and securely.
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc management reports providing insights into portfolio activity, client trends, operational metrics, and emerging risks.
  • Analyze and validate data from multiple sources, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inconsistencies and drive resolution.
  • Support portfolio monitoring, risk management and reporting activities across CAB and other assigned portfolios, as required.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality output while managing high-volume workloads and competing priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures, controls, and risk management requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, data integrity, and operational quality.
  • Escalate issues, exceptions, and control concerns in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with global stakeholders through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Partner closely with U.S.-based credit, operations, and business teams to support operational and reporting requirements.

About the Team

We are a diverse and highly skilled team of credit professionals specializing in credit origination, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and risk management. The team provides enterprise-wide portfolio oversight across multiple sectors, including Technology, Healthcare, Global Fund Banking, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Medical Office Buildings (MOB), Wine, Community Development Finance (CDF), and Community Association Banking (CAB). Our coverage spans Innovation Banking, Commercial Finance, and General Banking businesses, ensuring robust portfolio governance, risk oversight, and insightful portfolio analytics.

Impact

The Community Association Banking business serves 1,350+ management companies and 41,000+ homeowner associations (HOAs) through specialized banking, lending, reserve management, and technology-enabled solutions that promote financial strength, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

As an Analyst – Credit Analysis CAB at First Citizens India, you will play a critical role in supporting the Community Association Banking (CAB) business through the timely generation, validation, and distribution of customer statements for the Earnings Credit and Revenue Share programs. This is a high-volume, time-sensitive process governed by strict service-level agreements (SLAs), requiring statement delivery to customers within 48–72 hours of generation. In addition to managing statement operations, you will partner closely with U.S.-based stakeholders and global credit teams to support portfolio monitoring activities (Small Dollar Loans), reporting, process improvements, and risk management initiatives.

Key Deliverables
