Job summary

GCash is seeking an AML Policy Specialist to help shape and enforce compliance policies across the organization. You will monitor regulatory changes, conduct gap analyses, and drive policy updates in line with BSP, AMLC, and international best practices.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, maintain records, and support audits while guiding policy approvals with senior management. This role emphasizes risk-based policy enhancements and training support.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and reviewing AML policies.

• Provide guidance to internal teams on policy requirements.
• Support training initiatives to improve AML awareness and compliance.
