Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of auditing in financial services and related accounting principles.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CISA, CIA, ACA, ACCA) preferred.
• Analytical and organizational skills for audits.
• Strong report writing and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on audits of AML/Financial Crimes programs per annual plan.
• Evaluate AML controls: KYC, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, and monitoring.
• Lead audits on engagements and staff as needed; communicate findings to partners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and the Northern Trust methodology.
