Rippedboxstation in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Ads Manager to lead Amazon and Walmart campaigns, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on PPC strategies, data-driven optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, Walmart Ads, and Xnurta, plus strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing Amazon Ads and Walmart Ads campaigns.
Strong proficiency with Xnurta and advertising automation platforms.
Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, Walmart Connect Ads, keyword targeting, and optimization.
Strong understanding of marketplace advertising metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
Experience with keyword research, bid optimization, and competitor analysis.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective advertising strategies.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, or digital marketing is highly preferred.
Must be willing to work during holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads and Walmart Ads campaigns to improve visibility, conversions, and revenue.
Utilize Xnurta for campaign management, automation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement PPC strategies aligned with sales objectives and profitability goals.
Monitor campaign performance metrics including ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Analyze advertising data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Perform ongoing campaign optimization through keyword adjustments, bid management, budget allocation, and targeting improvements.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign efficiency and profitability.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns through effective advertising plans.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and areas for improvement.
Stay updated with Amazon and Walmart advertising trends, algorithm changes, and marketplace best practices.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align advertising efforts with overall business goals.
