Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Digital Shelf Manager – Amazon EU to join the EMEA eCommerce team in Barcelona. You will own the customer-facing quality and optimization of product detail pages across Europe, ensuring accurate content, imagery, A+ content, localization, and ratings management to boost discoverability and conversion.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Brand, Regulatory, Legal, Advertising, Content, and Master Data teams, drive launch readiness for new products and major events, and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital shelf optimization, eCommerce content operations, Amazon marketplace management, content quality, or product page optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, Brand Registry, A+ Content, SEO, PDP optimization, localization, and ratings & reviews management.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills, with ability to handle multiple markets and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality of Amazon PDPs across EU marketplaces.
• Ensure product content, imagery, A+ content, localization, and claims meet high standards for UX and conversion.
• Drive SEO, keyword governance, and product discoverability.
• Identify and fix content quality issues affecting visibility and conversions.
• Lead digital shelf readiness for launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate with global and local teams to ensure compliant content and assets.
• Track KPIs like completeness, A+ coverage, localization quality, ratings, and PDP scores.
