Job summary

VaynerMedia APAC in the Philippines is seeking a passionate Veditor to join our APAC consulting team. This full-time role places you at the intersection of culture, platform, and performance, turning creative into scalable results through iteration and testing.

You will edit, optimize, and assemble assets for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, mentor junior Creators, and collaborate across cross-functional teams on tight timelines while staying ahead of platform trends.

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional creative experience
Proven experience as a video editor
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Strong understanding of social platform best practices and performance metrics
Self-starter with initiative and collaboration skills
Ability to mentor Creators and cross-functional teammates

Responsibilities

Create content that resonates with audiences and drives high attention metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, retention).
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube with a performance mindset.
Own performance tuning and platform success through iteration and optimization of creative.
Stay up to date with platform algorithms, new formats, and trends to keep content fresh.
Collaborate across teams on rapid, tight timelines and cross-functional requests.
Attend brainstorms and contribute ideas that shape performance-driven strategy.
Mentor Creators and, when needed, Art Directors and Copywriters under leadership.
