What you’ll do:

As an AJO Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing multi‑channel customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in‑app channels. You will build real‑time triggered orchestrations, integrate RT‑CDP audiences into AJO workflows, and configure offer decisioning and personalization rules. You will also conduct QA before launch and monitor live journeys to drive continuous performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Adobe AJO, hands‑on experience in cross‑channel campaign execution, and strong familiarity with RT‑CDP audience segmentation and activation.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Configure and manage multi‑channel journeys (email, SMS, push, in‑app)
• Design and implement real‑time triggers for orchestration
• Integrate RT‑CDP audiences into AJO workflows
• Configure offer decisioning, branching, and personalization rules
• Conduct QA and testing of journeys before launch
• Monitor live journeys and optimize based on performance

Successful candidates must have:

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: Hybrid Set‑Up – Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
