Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems. The role requires in-depth knowledge of various HVAC systems and components to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.

Note: This role is for Pooling purposes only for year 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on air conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Replace or repair malfunctioning components such as compressors, thermostats, coils, and fans.
• Recharge refrigerant levels and inspect refrigerant lines for leaks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all installation and maintenance activities.
• Provide customers with expert advice on system use, energy efficiency, and potential upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of all services, repairs, and parts used.
• Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration, and HVAC technologies.
