Job summary

ES Print Media Inc. is seeking a hands-on air conditioning technician to install and service systems in commercial and office environments.

The role involves adhering to layout plans during installation, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing performance issues to ensure optimal cooling. The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, basic electrical knowledge, and be physically fit to work in challenging spaces.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of aircon installation and servicing experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and controls for AC units.
• Physically able to lift, move and install units in hot or confined spaces.
• Able to diagnose and fix technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues such as gas leaks, faulty parts, or low cooling efficiency.
• Replace worn components such as compressors, motors, or filters as needed.
• Follow safety protocols when handling electrical components or refrigerants.
• Record maintenance activities and report findings to supervisor or facilities team.
