Responsibilities

• Install new air conditioning units, including proper placement, wiring, and ductwork according to specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and servicing of aircon systems, cleaning filters, coils, drain pans, and checking refrigerant levels to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning air conditioning units, identify faulty components, and repair or replace parts such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and electrical controls.
• Explain system issues to customers clearly, provide repair estimates, and address concerns regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols when handling refrigerants, electrical components, and working at heights.
