Workstream is seeking AI Video Data Creators to help build the next generation of AI, computer vision, and robotics. Earn extra income by recording first-person footage of your daily work tasks using equipment provided by us.

No staged acting. No desk work. Just turn on the camera while you perform your normal daily job. Compensation is USD $3.50 per approved hour of video footage.

Qualifications

What You Will Do

• Record First-Person Video: Wear a lightweight, head-mounted camera while performing regular physical work tasks in an approved commercial setting.

• Capture Natural Motion: Record activities like stocking, packing, assembling, cleaning equipment, operating machinery, or performing maintenance.

• Upload Footage: Submit your video recordings through Workstream's online platform.

• Follow Quality & Safety Guidelines: Ensure recordings are clear, well-lit, and capture your hand movements accurately while maintaining workplace safety.

What Tasks Can You Record?

Approved Work Activities Include:

• Operating tools, machinery, or equipment

• Organizing inventory, picking, packing, and assembling items

• Cleaning, maintaining, or repairing workplace equipment

• Commercial kitchen prep, backroom retail operations, or warehouse tasks

• Construction, fabrication, or workshop activities

Unapproved Activities (Do NOT Record):

• Vehicle driving or transit

• Computer/screen-based work or smartphone scrolling

• Staged, idle, or overly repetitive/idle tasks

• Tasks performed in dark/unlit areas or activities where your hands are hidden

Who We Are Looking For

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

• Active Commercial Workplace Access: Currently working in (or having access to) an approved commercial site—such as a kitchen, store, warehouse, workshop, or construction facility. (Residential/home setups are generally not permitted).

• Workplace Approval: Ability to obtain permission from your employer/workplace to record activities.

• Tech-Ready: Comfortable wearing a head-mounted camera and equipped with a reliable internet connection for uploading videos.

• Detail-Oriented: Able to follow quality guidelines, maintain safety standards, and respond promptly to feedback.

How Compensation Works

This is an independent contractor opportunity designed for supplemental income.

• Compensation is USD $3.50 per approved hour of video footage (payment is based on accepted footage quality and adherence to project rules, not hours spent filming).

• Detailed submission guidelines, quality checklists, and payout schedules will be provided during onboarding.

Onboarding & Documentation Requirements

If you qualify to take part in the project, you will be required to complete onboarding verification before filming begins. This includes providing:

• A copy of a valid government-issued ID (required to secure and issue the camera equipment provided by Workstream)

• Signed consent and release forms to record in accordance with privacy and compliance guidelines.
