Job summary

Straive in the Philippines is seeking an experienced AI Subject Matter Expert to drive our AI strategy, evaluate emerging technologies, and guide cross-functional teams in implementing scalable AI solutions.

You will serve as the technical authority, bridging the gap between complex AI capabilities and real-world business applications, and lead governance practices while collaborating with product, engineering, and business units to identify high-value AI use cases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or technical architecture.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and MLOps.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
