Ideal candidates hold a PhD/Master’s in CS/EE/Math/AI/Stats from premier institutes and bring 15–18 years overall experience with 5+ years post-PhD/Master’s in AI R&D or teaching, plus deep RL and LLM expertise.

Qualifications

• A Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in CS/EE/Math/AI/Stats from premium institutes like IIT/IISc/ISI/IIIT
• Overall experience 15–18 years and post-PhD 5+ years in AI R&D or teaching
• Deep expertise in reinforcement learning, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems
• Strong understanding of LLMs and their integration into agentic workflows
• Experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar frameworks
• Proven track record of innovation and publications

Responsibilities

• Building novel solutions to challenging industry problems
• Leading research projects and publishing in top-tier conferences
• Collaborating with Responsible AI, Delivery leads, and academia
• Developing real-world applications in digital assistants, healthcare agents, enterprise automation
• Mentoring and developing the next generation of AI talent
