Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd, on behalf of Avyan, seeks an Associate SEO/GEO Consultant to blend traditional SEO with AI-driven GEO strategies. You'll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, optimizing client online presence for LLM search engines and cross-functional collaboration with content and tech teams.

Located in Metro Manila with hybrid work, the role offers freelance engagement initially, with potential for full-time, depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in SEO or related digital marketing roles.
• 1-2 years of GEO experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar.
• Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits using modern tools and data analytics platforms.
• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO factors, including content, metadata, and backlinks.
• Monitor AI visibility and AI traffic; report insights from data.
• Create content recommendations for onsite and offsite visibility for GEO.
• Stay updated on voice search, social search, and hyper-personalized search strategies.
• Collaborate with content and technical teams to integrate GEO/SEO best practices into websites.
• Analyze SEO performance using tools and generate actionable reports.
• Manage and execute backlink-building strategies with outreach and monitoring.
