Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Makati seeks a Forecasting Specialist to lead monthly and quarterly forecasts, budgets, and KPI reporting. The role supports rolling forecasts, AOP models, and data-driven decision making using advanced Excel, OneStream, SAP, and Power BI.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity across ERP and CRM systems, and explore AI-based tools to automate forecasting in a dynamic, manufacturing-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ FP&A, business analysis, or data-focused roles.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing or B2B environments is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SAP, OneStream, Salesforce.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly forecasts, SOIP, KPI tracking.
• Support annual budgets and monthly performance reports.
• Build rolling forecast and AOP models from data.
• Maintain and update financial models and templates.
• Use ML/AI solutions to improve forecast automation.
• Monitor partner performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data.
• Ensure data accuracy across ERP, CRM, BI systems.
• Leverage Excel, Power BI, and AI tools for dashboards.
• Serve as regional OneStream super-user.
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis and projects.
