Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC seeks an Apollo L1 Support Engineer to be the first line of technical support for our AI/LLM platform. You will resolve incidents, troubleshoot APIs, networking, and Python-based applications while collaborating with development and platform teams.

You will monitor platform health, follow runbooks, and contribute to knowledge base and incident reports. Strong Python skills and Linux familiarity are required, with flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in technical support, software development, or systems engineering.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex issues in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Incident Handling: Triage and resolve Level 1 incidents for the Apollo AI platform.
• API Troubleshooting: Diagnose connectivity, auth, and performance issues with Postman, curl, and logs.
• Networking Support: Troubleshoot connectivity, DNS, and firewall configurations affecting access.
• Python Application Support: Debug and resolve Python automation scripts and data pipelines.
