Rockstar in Manila is seeking a software engineer to join a media production studio that builds an agent harness for media production. You will work in a pod with a creative specialist, shipping features across frontend, backend, and data, and integrating generative media workflows.

The role focuses on turning creative workflows into agents, skills, and tools, writing code with Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, and delivering daily improvements so thousands of devices run production jobs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js, Node/Python, and SQL.
• Experience with AI-native tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn creative workflows into agents, skills, and tools that boost output.
• Build full-stack features in the harness (frontend, backend, APIs, data).
• Wire generative media models into production pipelines.
• Automate rendering, editing, and publishing across thousands of accounts and devices.
• Ship features daily and measure time saved by your tools.
• Document your work for reuse across pods.
