Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians is seeking an AI ML/Integration Engineer to join our hybrid team. You will build, deploy, and integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise apps, collaborating with Data Science, Engineering, and DevOps to deliver secure, scalable AI-powered products.

The role requires 3–8 years in software/ML, with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn expertise, and familiarity with cloud platforms. Healthcare experience is a plus. We offer growth, strong salary, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in software development, ML engineering, or AI integration.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and automated MLOps pipelines.
• Manage cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Key Responsibilities
