AICines is seeking an AI Engineer to build production-grade generation pipelines for video and image models, prompt systems, and scalable infrastructure.

You'll work with senior engineers from week one on live problems across streaming, social product, AI generation, and film production, with opportunities to explore inference infrastructure, prompt engineering, or product ML work.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours and direct access to founders and senior teammates.

Formación

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python and modern ML tooling.
• Strong ability to work with APIs, async programming, and cloud concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain AI video and image generation pipelines.
• Integrate and evaluate models — video, image, audio, and LLMs.
• Build prompt systems for consistent characters, styles, and worlds across generations.

As an AI Engineer at AICines, you'll build the generation pipelines behind a live production platform — video and image models, prompt systems, character consistency, and the infrastructure that makes it all run at scale. This is production AI work, not notebooks.

Day to day, you'll:

• Build and maintain AI video and image generation pipelines
• Integrate and evaluate models — video, image, audio, and LLMs
• Build prompt systems for consistent characters, styles, and worlds across generations
• Optimise inference cost and latency for a live, global user base
• Build internal tooling for the creative team
• Test new models as they release and report what's worth adopting

Training, development & rotations

You'll be paired with senior team members from week one and work directly on live problems rather than sandboxed exercises. Because AICines spans streaming, social product, AI generation, and film production, there's genuine scope to explore adjacent areas — inference infrastructure, prompt engineering, or product-facing ML work — based on where your interest develops.

Salary & benefits

Compensation is benchmarked competitively for remote roles and varies by experience level. The role is fully remote with flexible working hours. You'll get hands‑on exposure to production AI systems and a live platform with real users, plus direct access to founders and senior engineers.

Who we're looking for

• Currently studying or recently graduated, any technical field (Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or similar)
• Python — the core requirement
• Hands‑on with any of: LLM APIs, diffusion models, video generation, or ML frameworks
• Understanding of APIs, async work, and cloud basics
• A GitHub, published project, or body of generated work
• No prior professional experience required — students, recent graduates, and junior candidates are all encouraged to apply
