Qualifications

• Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems.
• Ability to work in research-heavy environments and resolve ambiguous problems.
• Strong intuition for automations and agentic systems.
• Excellent judgment on performance, reliability, and cost tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure to run hundreds of thousands of concurrent agents for 24+ hours.
• Create ephemeral multi-node training environments with snapshotting and restoration.
• Develop automated QA to adversarially evaluate tasks and agent outputs.
• Build systems to index code on the internet.
