You will build with Azure Foundry, Azure Agent Service, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel to automate complex business processes securely.

Role requires 2–5 years in software/AI engineering, strong Python, and experience with Azure cloud services, Graph API, and enterprise integrations.

What is your mission?

We are looking for an AI Engineer (Azure AI & Agent Development) to design, build, deploy, and optimize AI agents and LLM-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, and modern agent frameworks. This role focuses on enterprise AI integrations, agent orchestration, model customization, cloud infrastructure, and delivering secure, scalable AI solutions that automate business workflows and drive business value.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents capable of performing multi-step tasks and automating business workflows.

• Build AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and similar agent-development frameworks.

• Develop agent capabilities including tool calling, function execution, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), memory management, and workflow orchestration.

• Integrate AI agents with internal applications, external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems while ensuring secure data access and user-level permissions.

• Implement multi-agent workflows, human-in-the-loop approval processes, and security guardrails.

• Test, evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agent accuracy, reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Build and deploy AI agents within Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.

• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Graph API to securely access authorized resources including SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and calendars.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, single sign-on (SSO), delegated permissions, application permissions, app registrations, and On-Behalf-Of (OBO) authentication flows.

• Develop backend services and REST APIs that support AI agent interactions with enterprise applications and business systems.

• Work with commercial and open-source/open-weight LLMs, including Llama, Qwen, and Mistral.

• Fine-tune and customize LLMs for domain-specific applications, enterprise workflows, and specialized use cases.

• Apply parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA.

• Prepare training datasets, perform data preprocessing, and develop model evaluation pipelines.

• Evaluate, benchmark, and compare LLMs based on accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.

• Optimize model inference, quantization, deployment, and serving performance.

• Utilize frameworks and libraries including Hugging Face Transformers, PEFT, PyTorch, and related tools.

• Support the deployment and integration of fine-tuned models into AI applications and agent workflows.

• Provision, configure, and manage AI infrastructure within Microsoft Azure.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and related deployment tools.

• Support infrastructure-as-code initiatives using Terraform or Bicep.

• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, troubleshooting, and production support for AI systems.

• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

• Communicate AI solutions to clients, translate technical concepts into business value, and deliver training or knowledge-transfer sessions when required.

Who are we looking for?

• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or related technical roles.

• Strong programming proficiency in Python, including experience developing backend services and APIs.

• Practical experience developing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or intelligent automation systems.

• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as Azure AI Agent Service, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent technologies.

• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, tool calling, and LLM orchestration.

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud applications within Microsoft Azure.

• Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and enterprise application integrations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and Microsoft Graph API.

• Experience working with open-source LLMs and model fine-tuning techniques.

• Understanding of model evaluation, inference workflows, and performance optimization.

• Experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.

• Experience building and deploying AI agents within Microsoft Teams.

• Experience implementing OAuth On-Behalf-Of (OBO) flows and delegated Microsoft Graph permissions.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, Teams SDK, or Azure Bot Service.

• Hands-on experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs using LoRA, QLoRA, or Hugging Face PEFT.

• Experience deploying open-source models using vLLM, Ollama, Hugging Face, or similar serving frameworks.

• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure and model inference optimization.

• Experience with Docker, containerized applications, Terraform, or Bicep.

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), multi-agent systems, and agent orchestration.

• Experience integrating AI applications with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL databases, or other enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with enterprise AI security, observability, and MLOps practices.

• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to confidently discuss AI solutions, translate technical concepts into business value, and conduct training or knowledge-transfer sessions.
