Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and pattern recognition to design and analyze algorithms and data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and machine learning frameworks for building and training AI models.
• Proficiency in Software Development, including coding, testing, and deploying applications in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
• Practical experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, machine translation, language modeling, or sentiment analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to building reliable, ethical, and inclusive AI systems.
• Experience in multilingual or translation-related projects, or interest in language technologies, is an advantage.

About the role
