Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate customer data and product data across products and segments.
• Perform data validation, monitoring, and controls during implementation and production.
• Investigate, resolve, and monitor data-related incidents within SLAs.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and document recurring activities.
• Develop understanding of AI and automation tools to enhance effectiveness.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to internal teams and customers.
• Deliver consultancy and transformation initiatives with automation and AI capabilities.
