Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience including ownership of complex technical products
• Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases and distributed systems
• Experience collaborating with engineers and reviewing/ challenging technical designs
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or another regulated domain
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation and reliability

Responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end from strategy to delivery and launch
• Shape technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows and security
• Drive trade-offs on correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and regulatory constraints
• Incorporate regulatory requirements like KYC, monitoring, privacy and licensing
• Apply AI where it improves outcomes with safeguards and oversight
• Coordinate shipping around external dependencies and regulatory approvals
• Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance around product decisions
