Responsibilities
- Review live and recorded interactions to ensure compliance, tone, and accuracy.
- Assess AI agent performance, identify issues, and document findings for resolution.
- Provide evidence-based feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to agents.
- Analyze customer satisfaction trends, call-quality metrics, and recurring errors to suggest improvements.
- Participate in calibration sessions, audit tracking, and QA reporting while ensuring privacy and compliance.
