Job summary

Firework is seeking a detail-oriented AI Content Specialist to support the creation, review, quality assurance, and delivery of AI-generated content for our customers. You will ensure images and videos meet standards for accuracy, realism, brand presentation, and readiness.

You will manage content through production, track progress in our project management platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content at scale for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Create and review AI-generated images and videos against established quality standards before release to customers.
• Evaluate content for product accuracy, ensuring that products, features, colors, dimensions, branding are represented correctly.
• Assess visual realism and quality, identifying AI artifacts, unnatural movement, rendering issues.
• Evaluate AI-generated voice quality including pronunciation, pacing, tone, clarity, synchronization.
• Review scripts, captions, product claims for accuracy and consistency with the source; document feedback for revisions.
• Conduct multiple rounds of quality assurance to meet internal standards before publication.
• Maintain real-time tracking of all deliverables in project management tools.
• Track content through full production lifecycle from generation to publication.
• Maintain organized records of quality issues, revisions, and approvals.
• Help ensure content production goals and client delivery timelines are met.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings to provide progress updates.

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Content Specialist to support the creation, review, quality assurance, and delivery of AI-generated content for our customers. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that AI-generated images and videos meet our standards for product accuracy, visual realism, voice quality, brand presentation, creativity, and overall customer readiness.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, is comfortable working with AI-powered content generation tools, and can consistently evaluate content against established quality standards. This person will manage images and videos throughout the content production and review workflow, maintain accurate tracking in our project management platform, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content is delivered efficiently and at scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Create and review AI-generated images and videos against established quality and content standards before they are released to customers

• Evaluate content for product accuracy, ensuring that products, product details, features, colors, dimensions, branding, and other relevant information are represented correctly

• Assess visual realism and quality, identifying AI artifacts, unnatural movement, visual inconsistencies, distorted products or people, rendering issues, and other quality concerns

• Evaluate AI-generated voice quality, including pronunciation, pacing, tone, clarity, synchronization, and naturalness

• Review scripts, on-screen text, captions, product claims, and other content for accuracy and consistency with the source Identify issues requiring regeneration or correction and clearly document feedback to support efficient resolution

• Conduct multiple rounds of quality assurance to ensure content meet internal standards before final publication

• Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of all deliverables and their production status in project management tools

• Track and document each piece of content throughout the full production lifecycle, including generation, initial review, revisions, upload, final quality review, publication, and assignment to the appropriate client playlist

• Maintain organized records of quality issues, revisions, approvals, and completed content

• Help ensure content production goals, deadlines, and client delivery expectations are met

• Attend and actively participate in daily stand-up meetings to provide updates on content production progress, quality issues, blockers, and priorities

• Strong judgment when evaluating whether AI-generated content meets established quality standards

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track a high volume of content simultaneously

• Comfortable learning and working across multiple internal platforms and AI tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fast-moving, cross-functional environment

• Previous experience is not required; however, experience in content quality assurance, content operations, content production, e-commerce content, digital media, or AI-generated content is valued and considered a plus

This is a fully remote position, and we are seeking candidates based in the Philippines who are able to work hours aligned with the U.S. Pacific Time (PT) zone.
