Job summary

Beepo, Clark-based in Pampanga, Philippines, seeks an AI automation specialist to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation across business workflows. You will create scalable AI agents, integrate with Go High Level CRM and Google Workspace, and ensure security and compliance.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust AI-driven solutions, continuously improving performance and user experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in AI programming, automation development, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL).
• Familiarity with Claude, OpenAI, or other Large Language Model (LLM) platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
• Strong understanding of automation workflows, system integrations, and AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions and intelligent agents from the ground up to support business operations and process improvement.
• Build, maintain, and optimize AI agents to ensure reliability, scalability, and high performance.
• Integrate AI solutions with various business systems, applications, and third-party platforms to create seamless automated workflows
• Develop and manage integrations between AI agents, Go High Level CRM, Google Workspace, and other relevant business tools
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective AI-driven automation strategies and technical solutions
• Continuously monitor, test, troubleshoot, and improve AI workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
• Implement best practices for AI system architecture, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management
• Ensure data security, privacy, access control, and compliance standards are maintained across all AI automation initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements in artificial intelligence, and automation technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
