Lead - Sales is overall responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring technical support for Transmission industry - Towers, hardware, OPGW, Conductors, energy consulting in the African Market. This role demands strong technical and market knowledge, along with proven sales and team management ability.

Preferred candidate profile
  • B.E (Electrical Engineering) + MBA
  • 10 years + Experience of sales or business development experience in the Transmission industry - Towers, hardware, OPGW, Conductors, energy consulting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an industrial or technical product environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings, industry events, and site visits.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting platforms.
  • Good leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital safety management systems.
