The ideal candidate should have a background in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, strong diagnostic skills, and a willingness to travel frequently for client visits. This role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and educating clients on equipment use, ensuring optimal performance of machinery.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical course.
  • Experience in servicing large-format printers or industrial machines is preferred.
  • Capable of resolving both hardware and software issues on-site under time pressure.
  • Must be open to frequent field assignments and client visits across various locations.
  • Can work with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
