Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in servicing large-format printers or industrial machines is preferred.
  • Capable of resolving both hardware and software issues on-site under time pressure.
  • Must be open to frequent field assignments and client visits.

  • Visit clients to install, maintain, and repair large-format printers and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-site installation and servicing - Visit clients to install, maintain, and repair large-format printers and related equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution - Diagnose machine problems and provide effective on-site solutions to reduce downtime.
  • Preventive maintenance - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment issues and ensure performance reliability.
  • Client Demo and assistance - Educate end users on proper operation, usage, and troubleshooting of machines during client visits.
  • Technical reporting - Complete service reports and communicate field findings to the technical support team for proper documentation and follow-up.
Job Qualification
  • Technical background - Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical course.
  • Relevant field experience - Experience in servicing large-format printers or industrial machines is preferred.
