• Gather and consolidate market data collected by the area controller from all 3S branches.
• Regularly update and maintain an organized database of market information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Analyze market trends customer preferences and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports summarizing findings and insights for management review.
• Develop actionable recommendations and proposals to improve service operations based on data analysis and system monitoring.
• Attend phone calls/inquiries specially customers & dealers concern.
• Support to service such as:

• Manpower monitoring.
