Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada from recruitment to campaign execution.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers.
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure brand messaging aligns with campaign goals.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and prepare regular ROI and sales reports.
• Negotiate commissions and incentives to maximize affiliate engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, and creative teams to drive traffic and conversions.
• Stay updated on trends and platform changes to keep campaigns optimized.
• Assist in planning promotional campaigns for e‑commerce sales events (e.g., 8.8, 9.9, 11.11).
• Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines and platform policies.
• Explore and test new affiliate platforms and opportunities for expansion.

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. The part you will play

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada campaigns. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce, particularly in TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada live selling, campaigns, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for building relationships with affiliates, optimizing performance, and ensuring campaigns meet KPIs while aligning with the brand's marketing objectives.

As an Affiliate Executive, you will:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, primarily on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, from recruitment to campaign execution.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote brand products.
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure brand messaging and visuals are aligned with campaign goals.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track ROI and sales growth.
• Negotiate commission structures and special incentives to maximize affiliate engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
• Stay updated on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada trends, algorithm changes, and competitive landscape to keep campaigns optimized.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for e-commerce sales events (e.g., 8.8, 9.9, 11.11).
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and platform policies.
• Explore and test new affiliate platforms and marketing opportunities for expansion.
