Job summary

Job description

• Conduct procedures that do not require a medical doctor’s supervision or expertise.
• Greet and guide clients to their treatment areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience.
• Set up the treatment room by making the bed, replenishing patient kits, and replacing towels, headbands, robes, and slippers to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Manage the entire client experience from the beginning to the end of their treatment session, ensuring they receive attentive and personalized care.
• Take “before and after” photos of clients to document the effectiveness of treatments.
• Retrieve and return supplies or equipment from the Pharmacy or designated storage areas, ensuring all necessary items are available and properly stored.
• Provide support to doctors during treatments by handing them tools, preparing materials, or assisting in any other required tasks.
• Clean and disinfect treatment machines and equipment after each use to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively upsell skincare treatments, products, and procedures based on the patient's needs.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and monitor time to meet customer needs, especially when adhering to strict time requirements.
• Open to undergoing clinical training to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest procedures.
