Job summary

HRTX is seeking an AEM Component QA Lead to ensure the highest quality of Adobe Experience Manager assets, blending hands-on testing with leadership and cross-team coordination.

The role focuses on defining test plans, mentoring testers, implementing QA best practices, and managing risks to support on-time, on-budget delivery.

Strong English communication and Selenium automation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or engineering or related discipline.
• 4 years of software QA testing experience across web/e-commerce.
• Background in AEM QA for component development and integration.
• Experience with test planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Familiar with JIRA and other defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Define test plans, strategies, and quality standards.
• Assign tasks, mentor junior testers, and monitor progress.
• Implement QA best practices, suggest process improvements, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to align testing goals.
• Risk Management: Identify and communicate risks related to software quality.
