Job summary

PUMA Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Systems Operations specialist in the Philippines to join our global 24/7 support group. You will deliver L2/L3 support, perform Azure administration, and manage corporate network devices including firewalls and switches.

The role requires hands-on Windows and Linux server experience, Intune/MDM, Terraform, and scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash). Hybrid work with travel for onsite trainings is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

YOUR MISSION

Be part of the global 24/7 IT Systems Operations support group, which is mainly responsible for delivering L2/L3 support required on processing and resolution of tickets and tasks. Perform Azure Administration duties. Administer global corporate network devices, focusing on firewalls, switches, SSL portals, and access points. Responsible for the daily checklist of the Microsoft and Network security teams Responsible for the administration and maintenance of Active Directory security groups and objects. Support and administration of Corporate MDM Solution (Intune) and MIM Ensure the provision and maintain reliable IT Security systems, including web-filtering and Endpoint solutions.

YOUR TALENT

• Minimum of 4 years professional work experience.
• Possession of a degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
• Basic knowledge and understanding on routing and firewalling (expertise on this topic is a major advantage)
• Advance experience on Palo Alto Firewall and Cisco switches is preferred.
• Knowledge in administering Windows Servers, including Active Directory and Linux Systems
• Knowledge on proper ticket handling and good priority setting.
• Must be resourceful, flexible and possesses excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of adapting to complex environments.
• Available for travel for onsite support and trainings.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules and hybrid.
• Experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure solutions using Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and resources.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems Github and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) best practices.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, storage, and identity and access management concepts.
