A dental clinic in Nueva Ecija, Rizal is seeking a Front Desk Operations professional. This role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing processes. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with the dentist’s availability.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Update and maintain patient records, including medical histories and contact information.
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and ensure their accuracy.
  • Explain office policies, billing processes, and payment options to patients.
  • Process payments and issue receipts for treatments and services.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and handle claims submissions.
  • Follow up on unpaid balances and coordinate with patients regarding payment plans.
  • Order and organize office supplies, dental forms, and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.
  • Support dental staff by preparing files, reports, or other documents as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and confidentiality regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Handle sensitive patient information securely and professionally.
