Job summary

A leading administrative support company in Davao del Sur is seeking an Administrative and IT Support Specialist to manage office operations and provide IT support. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of administrative experience, with strong skills in organization and communication. Job description
Administrative Functions
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
  • Handle procurement of indirect materials, office supplies, and service contracts.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for administrative and office needs.
  • Provide administrative support in billing, expense reports, and document management.
  • Assist management with reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
I.T. Functions
  • Provide first-level IT support, including troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Monitor, maintain, and manage IT equipment such as computers, printers, routers, and office systems.
  • Support implementation of IT policies, including data security, backups, and system updates.
  • Liaise with external IT vendors/service providers for escalated issues and system upgrades.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
