Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive daily executive assistant support to optimize leadership productivity
  • Collaborate monthly with the bookkeeper to track tax compliance timelines and validate record accuracy
  • Oversee branch business permit applications and ensure timely quarterly tax payments
  • Monitor employee social benefits payment deadlines for seamless delivery
  • Resolve HR‑related issues and enforce consistent implementation of company policies
  • Liaise with local agencies during tax mapping to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Track real property tax payments for company assets to avoid delays/penalties
  • Develop assessment matrices and conduct evaluations for branch managers/assistants
Preferred Qualifications
