Job summary

Experis España is seeking an Engineer to maintain enterprise storage environments with expertise in SAN/NAS technologies, storage provisioning, and performance tuning. The role requires proactive monitoring, reliability, and strong incident handling across platforms.

The candidate will act as main liaison for external and internal communications, lead storage governance across deliveries, and drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years storage knowledge, aware of different storage solutions.
• Good communication, presentation, reporting and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
• Excellent skills on the following technologies: SAN/NAS, 3PAR, NetApp, EMC, IBM, HP.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for external and internal communications.
• Coordinating the storage tower cross delivery/country location.
• Standard run operation.
• Work on incident/problem/change/SR alignment with client doing health checks for the systems.
• Identify automation opportunities align parameter changes.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards.
• Proactive analysis of problems and application of best practices.
