Sun Life Philippines seeks an Actuarial Manager for Par Management and Risk Modelling to lead dividend studies, Par reporting, FCT, and risk modelling within the Actuarial Valuation function. You will oversee a team of actuaries, ensuring timely delivery of key outputs and strategic insights for business decisions.

Collaborate with Finance, Risk Management, ALM, and regional offices on initiatives to enhance controls, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• University degree with strong mathematical or statistical background.
• ASP Associate or near-associate required.
• 7+ years actuarial experience, life insurance preferred.
• Proficient in actuarial modelling software, incl. AXIS.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual dividend study process for traditional Par products.
• Manage quarterly valuation reports for Par products (TVOG/UDL) and OSFI compliance.
• Direct Financial Condition Testing activities and communicate insights to senior management.
• Oversee development and maintenance of market and insurance risk sensitivity models.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead and develop the actuarial team supporting Par Management and Risk Modelling.
