Job summary

Quest Plus Conference Center Clark, a Filinvest property in Clark Pampanga, is seeking a Recreations and Activities Coordinator. You will organize and oversee guest recreational activities, support the Equinox gym operations, and lead team-building events.

You will also initiate revenue-generating activities and ensure safety protocols are followed. The role requires a bachelor's degree or diploma in hotel management or related field, 1-2 years’ experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in hotel or related field is required.
• 1-2 years work experience in hospitality or related role preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate activities with multiple departments.
• Proficient in MS Office and PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Front Office Manager and Duty Manager to plan and oversee recreational activities for guests.
• Assist in daily operation of the Equinox gym in coordination with staff.
• Lead team building activities booked by guests.
• Suggest innovative activities to generate incremental revenue for the section.
• Inspect and evaluate Equinox facilities and equipment regularly.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with Engineering and follow up on actions.

FILINVEST COMPANY: Quest Plus Conference Center Clark

Under the guidance and direction of the Front office Manager/Duty Manager/Executive Assistant Manager, the Recreations and Activities coordinator is tasked in organizing , coordinating, and safe implementation of recreational activities for all hotel guests. Furthermore, s/he will be tasked to initiate and support revenue generating
activities for the section. He will also be tasked to oversee and support the daily operations of the Equinox gym.

• Collaborates with Front Office Manager, Duty Manager in creating, organizing, and overseeing the safe implementation of planned Recreations & Leisure activities to ensure that facilities, equipment and services provided to guests are in accordance with standards
• Supports the day-to-day operation of the Equinox gym in collaboration with fellow associates
• Must lead team building activities booked by our guests.
• Suggests and initiates innovative activities that may generate incremental revenue
• Inspects and evaluates Equinox facilities and equipment on a regular basis.
• Directly responsible for coordinating repair requirements and maintenance problems with Engineering
  department and follows up on accomplishment.
• Oversees actual implementation of all safety measures including diligently providing precautions to guests,
  in facilitating Sports & Leisure activities and service
• Ensures that all staffs brief guests on related safety issues prior to any activity
  
• Performs any other duties and tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superiors from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field.
• With 1-2 years work related experience
• Good communication skills
• With knowledge and experience in MS office programs and PMS
• Amenable to work in Clark Pampanga
