About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at LA THEOZ REAL ESTATE SOLUTION SERVICES INC. in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time, office-based position is a crucial role within our Accounting department, responsible for providing accurate and efficient financial management to support the overall success of our company.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions
  2. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  3. Reconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable and receivable
  4. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  5. Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
  6. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date
What we’re looking for
  1. Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the real estate industry
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  3. ficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
  4. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem‑solving abilities
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
