Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee rule-based decision-making processes and manage transaction operations across various functions such as credit management, order processing, document verification, and cash collection, depending on contract scope.

  • Establish, track, and monitor operational goals to ensure service delivery meets defined performance standards through consistent reporting.

  • Manage day-to-day operations and maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless business interactions.

  • Demonstrate sound judgment by making timely, well-informed decisions based on data, experience, and objective evaluation.

  • Supervise the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order entry and fulfillment.
