Oversee rule-based decision-making processes and manage transaction operations across various functions such as credit management, order processing, document verification, and cash collection, depending on contract scope.
Establish, track, and monitor operational goals to ensure service delivery meets defined performance standards through consistent reporting.
Manage day-to-day operations and maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless business interactions.
Demonstrate sound judgment by making timely, well-informed decisions based on data, experience, and objective evaluation.
Supervise the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order entry and fulfillment.
