Job summary

optiBPO is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Clark, Pampanga team on a morning shift. You will process supplier invoices, manage payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships in a dynamic international environment.

You will ensure accurate coding, timely settlements, and robust controls while collaborating with operations and finance to support cash flow and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Accounts Payable role (AP Officer / AP Specialist)
• Understanding of basic accounting and AP principles
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to build good relationships with vendors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of NetSuite, Zone capture, and Web expense is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
• Maintain vendor master data and supplier relations
• Input invoices to the correct ledger, cost centre, and subsidiary
• Process weekly payment runs for suppliers and employee reimbursements
• Act as the first point of contact for vendor payment queries
• Perform reconciliations, including supplier statements
• Prepare aged payables reports and assist with cash flow forecasts
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Ensure invoices and payments meet supplier terms and company timelines
• Maintain records and supporting documentation for all transactions
• Assist month-end reconciliations and accruals
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and audit requirements
