Job summary

A leading manpower services provider is seeking an Accounting professional to manage invoices, payments, and prepare BIR reports effectively. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accountancy or Business, with relevant accounting experience and proficiency in QuickBooks. Responsibilities include processing payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial documents. The role may involve Saturday duties.

Qualifications

  • College graduate with a degree in Accountancy or related business field.
  • Experience in General Accounting tasks required.
  • Familiarity with account classification and journal entries.

Responsibilities

  • Record and process invoices and fund transfers.
  • Prepare and release supplier payments.
  • Handle Accounts Payable transactions and update QuickBooks.

Job description
  • Record and process invoices, check vouchers, and fund transfers.
  • Prepare and release supplier payments on schedule.
  • Handle and reconcile Accounts Payable transactions and update QuickBooks.
  • Ensure all expenses are properly supported and recorded.
  • Prepare and submit BIR reports (2307, 1601E, VAT Relief, Alphalist, etc.).
  • Maintain organized filing of financial documents.
  • Perform other related accounting tasks as needed.
  • Willing to have Saturday duties
Job Requirements
  • College graduate with B.S. in Accountancy preferably with Major in Financial & Management Accounting or any Business course
  • With experience in General Accounting tasks.
  • Familiar with basic account classification and journal entries:
  • Familiar with inventory policies and procedures:
  • Able to interact professionally with all levels of management and outside parties
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills:
  • Above-average clerical skills.
