Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
Generate reports detailing accounts payable status including progress billing to contractors
Understand compliance issues around accounts payable status processes expense accounts and cost centers
Compilation of documentation related to released payments to suppliers/employees/government agencies
Assist in filing of released Check Vouchers and ensuring the completeness of documentation
Assist in month‑end closing activities thru preparation of accruals of recurring expenses
Assist in interim and Year end Audit
And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy. BS Financial Management or other similar courses
Must have at least 1 years experience
Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and hands on experience in Accounting Software
With excellent verbal & written communications skills
