Job summary

Fleet Management Training Institute Philippines, Inc. seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function, ensuring accurate vendor payments, crew claims, and compliance. You will manage daily operations, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements while leading a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in Accounts Payable, knowledge of SAP/Oracle, and strong English communication. Shipping industry experience is a plus; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years AP experience with leadership
• Experience with SAP/Oracle ERP platforms
• Knowledge of BIR regulations and compliance
• Shipping industry experience is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP cycle: invoice validation, posting, and payments
• Manage vendor, crew and employee payables and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support month-end and year-end closes and reconciliations
• Lead AP team and monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of functions
• Drive process improvements and automate AP processes
